North Wimbledon District is a busy and thriving group of 10 girlguiding units, comprising of around 200 girls across Brownies, Guides and Senior Section, run entirely by volunteers.

VOLUNTEER

Girlguiding cannot function without its volunteers. For a few hours each week during term-time, consider helping out at one of our units.

RAINBOWS

Ages 5-7

Rainbows is all about developing self-confidence, building friendships, learning new things and having fun.

BROWNIES

Ages 7-10

Through regular meetings, special events, day trips, sleepovers, camps and holidays, our Brownies learn new hobbies, enjoy new experiences and get adventurous outdoors.

GUIDES

Ages 10-14

Our girls take part in a wide range of exciting activities at their regular meetings, and at special events or holidays. Girls can get involved in anything from adventure sports to performing arts, travel and taking part in community action projects.

SENIOR SECTION

Ages 14-25

Members of the Senior Section can choose from a wide range of unique and exciting opportunities, including travel in the UK and around the world, volunteering with younger girls within Girlguiding as a Mentor or Leader, and working towards valuable qualifications.
